Assistant to the Woman (yes, that woman), Irene Adler's nearest

Irene and I do love lavender shortbread, so we’d be delighted if you would bring some over. It’s my favourite type of biscuit, in fact.
I am quite well, and I hope to see you very soon.

Harriet, I will have to consider this. You’ve not only been working excessively, but you’ve been drinking again as well.
You are a sweet woman, and I am still considering marrying you, if you are the same person with whom I fell in live.
My duties to Irene come first, in all things.

And yet I can hear John and Sherlock making A LOT of interesting noises upstairs.
I really don’t want to know what’s going on.They’re going to get a stern talking to in the morning. I have to be up early to do chores for most of the day and shopping!

Missus Hudson, no where is safe.
Not even my own office. Not even my patrol cars.-L
I swear, my boys are like rabbits. I just don’t know how they can keep it up! -Hudson
…
Sorry, Mrs. Hudson. - JW
You’d best not come to the Adler residence, then, Mrs. Hudson.
Even though I haven’t had a good shag—no, any shag—in ages.
Good on you, John.

Irene, Harriet, and I went to see the river pageant yesterday. Wasn’t it splendid?
I gave Irene a laugh when the Duchess of Cambridge shook my hand, as I was so excited! She was a lovely woman and had a beautiful smile that day.
Thank you for coming with us, Irene.

Let’s talk about the fact that your old friend, Jim, will soon be returning from exile. How are you feeling about that? Perhaps you can steer him clear of my employer this time.

Please do not enquire further, as you will overstep your bounds indeed. As for myself, I am not hurting. I am working, and that is what I am best for.

Irene demands devotion from him and, in return, she is fond of him. They are well-suited to each other, the dominatrix and the retired policeman. Both of them have seen London as a battlefield.
I expect to be making an announcement about the wedding soon, but for the time being I will say that your services will no longer be required. You will be compensated for the time you’ve wasted. Perhaps you did not start out well with her, but I think she may be moving out soon, and it will be even harder to find her in a good mood.
She’s at the cafe today, though, if you truly want to see her.

Kate can get a bit overzealous with that new camera I bought her for Christmas. -IA
It is rather difficult not to be overzealous when I have a stunning muse. -Kate

Godfrey fancies you, dear. He whines at the door whenever you leave us, and broods in Irene’s bedroom for the day after. He isn’t quite accustomed to so many friends, like his mistress.
Harriet is working again, yes, and she’s in a rather unstable condition at present. The fact that she attends work regularly is a wonder.

Presents for the three of us? You are gracious and kind, Miss Claire; you must have realised that I love my present. It’s a beautiful painting and makes me miss the seaside dearly.
There’s fresh tea in the parlour if you would like another cup.
